Ordered the wrong size glasses, and contacted. Paulo told me they'd change the shipment and and adjust the payment for me automatically. It may not seem like a big deal, but I'm so used to automated messages, reorders and of course being told "No", the personal feeling struck a chord with me. I discovered this company whilst I was browsing the internet looking for a 2 section divided bowl for a birthday present. I found a 2 section divided cup on this website that met my needs just as well. The website looks very professional and is really easy to use. They have a very wide range of products. The checkout and transaction process was very smooth and I had a number of delivery and payment options to choose from. I placed my order on 16th of April using Royal Mail 24 and received it on the 18th of April. I asked for fast delivery and that is exactly what I received! That really is excellent service, especially given the current circumstances. I cannot fault them! I am delighted with my purchase and am looking forward to giving it to the recipient. It had clearly been packed with great care. It was exactly as described and excellent quality. It is made of porcelain and arrived in perfect condition. Efficient quick delivery thank goodness as I was unexpectedly told by the NHS not to go out as being at extremely high risk if the virus struck - and to keep everything superclean. I didn’t have any gloves and There were none available easily and chaos everywhere - even finding food delivery Was a huge problem. ImagIne my surprise when the gloves arrived so fast!!
