Wonderful customer service

Having tiled my downstairs cloakroom in the woodland glade tiles, which are beautiful, we were short by about 4 tiles. We were able to order these tiles as samples, and ordered 5. Arrived quickly and we were able to finish the job without having to buy a full box

The tiles themselves were great, but the service, delivery and the state they were delivered in was very poor. Lots of broken tiles, poorly wrapped and wrong tiles delivered etc and the cost of delivery was very high. When we needed to order more of one type and size of tile they had sold out so ordered a different, however to return tiles you had to pay another large delivery fee and a high restocking fee. Also delivery time was long. Wish we had just gone to a local tile shop.

Order not yet delivered after a numbers of weeks. I have called twice and been promised delivery and a call back. Niether has happened so far.

I ordered a sample of the Jade Porcelain Tiles in January and I’m still waiting for the sample. When I called they said they were waiting for stock but I have had no feedback or refund since.

Dodgy Company!! Don't use!! Paid £4 for shipping on the website for a set of 5 samples, then had to pay £3.50 via Royal Mail because Ca' Pietra hadn't paid the shipping on their end! Never again.
