Prompt delivery

I told the company not to send a large 60ft HGV to my house for the delivery but they took no notice and sent one anyway causing issues for the driver who I felt sorry for. In the end he at to park in the entrance to the lane blocking off the access then use his remote FLT which ripped up all the grass verge . Not the drivers fault though. Why don’t you just listen to the customer.

Items delivered promptly and carefully packed on a pallet with a piece of insulating board to cushion them! Slight hiccup in the system the day before delivery when got notification that it was packed and ready to go then that it had been delivered within 10 minutes! All sorted with a quick phone call!

Had an issue originally with too large a wagon being sent to the site with the order. However upon emailing customer service to explain the problem, this was quickly resolved in a friendly manner. Products arrived as described and delivery driver helpful.
