Great products as usual 👍👍

Price was great, delivery really quick. but I was expecting the delivery 2 days later. Fantastic that it was so quick but you delivered in the pouring rain and I had no way of getting it under cover until the builders arrived the next day. Everything was damp and not as good as when it was delivered. Hope we don't have to waste any.

The delivery driver was excellent and dropped our order on its pallet at the top of our drive. Unfortunately we were not expecting the delivery as we were told it would come on the Wed and it arrived Mon; fortunately my wife was home. Most of the T&G flooring panels had edge damage as a result of the banding, and one panel had the whole tongue destroyed. Hopefully I will be able to work around the damage, caused by essentially poor packaging, i.e. no packing pieces to protect the product.

The product I ordered and paid for was not supplied although I was assured it was available the day I paid for it. Some of the replacement product was in poor condition and took far longer to deliver than I was told.

Good price on Jablite and PIR. Full size sheets delivered on 3 pallets which were well wrapped. Driver coped with busy road and used Moffett forklift to position the stack onto my trailer. Kept up to date with regular e-mail at each stage in the process. Will definitely use again.

Brilliant service from this company. The product was as good as from any other top supplier but half the cost. Also I emailed the company on the morning of delivery to see if they could help with delivery time and they responded straight away and gave what turned out to be an exact time of delivery. Driver even waited at my house with delivery as was out on school run. These people are the salt of the earth. Can’t recommend highly enough.
