From start to finish this was an easy process one phone call to them I explained what I wanted and all within 4 weeks my old vhs home movies were back with me on a usb stick . Incredible service highly recommend this company for all your digital needs

I would not recommend this company to anybody. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Sent a box of 35mm slides to be digitised on 18 Dec. Asked to send media to an address on Redditch but their operation is in Cologne in Germany. Phoned them to make sure package had arrived before Xmas - they couldn't tell me where the package was. It took about 3 weeks for them to finally confirm they had received the media. Takes on average three days for them to respond to an email. Eventually they offered to provide 5 day express service at no extra charge ........mmmm was that because your logistics are so terrible? To round off the experience they sent the media back to me with part of my address missing. Countless phone calls to Parcelforce and emails to Mediafix. Finally got the delivery yesterday - took over 2 and half weeks to come back to me. Dreadful company. Avoid at all costs. Also as I am unable to respond to your response - I did provide the correct address and I have documented proof - so your dishonesty about only addressing my parcel in accordance with the information given is a complete lie!

These old films are part of our family history, my dad dedicating time to recording significant moments. it has brought back so many happy memories and been very easy to share the films with my siblings.

Great customer service had a problem with one my tapes redone it with no quibble would definitely use them again.

Once I made the order media fix were straight in touch by phone. The service was excellent from then on, keeping me abreast of updates, and delivering the goods on time. Highly recommend.

My VHS videos, shot in the 1980s, were transferred to a digital file on a USB stick. The video files are of very good quality, good colour saturation and no jumping or skipping. Recommended digital conversion process.

Absolutely fabulous! Family are offering to contribute to cost of doing more after seeing results of the few we did. Much better than I expected, given the small very old negatives. Very pleased!

Really pleased. Company very reliable and a good product. Lovely to hear my childhood memories on CD and digital. Good communication from the company and safe, easy payment. Cannot recommend too highly.

Poor communication and complaints form in German only! More expensive than advertised but felt obliged to pay as precious memories on the videotape, unfortunately my media had awful sound quality and I have had no response to my emails.

The 60 odd year old cine-films that had spent nearly 20 years in the loft were of a better quality than I had hoped.Having them on a memory stick ,as well as a cd, is fantastic because I just plugged it into the back of my tv and then spent a good while watching films that I had not seen for over 50 years.Fabulous.

My online order was followed up with a phone call, and the digitisation made available in time for Christmas, as requested. I like that you can share the link with family. The USB arrived well packaged. The quality of the film images was very good. No sound on the old recordings, so I can't comment on that.
