I received my order in a reasonable time. No problem there. My order was for Canoe After Shave. The packaging for the bottle appears to be the genuine article. However, the solution in the bottle is not Canoe After Shave. It is almost clear in color and has almost no scent. This is the second time that I have received what appears to be a "knock off" product. No More.

Gift Express didn't send me what I paid for. I was purchasing a specific brand that was POUR HOMME, it was for men, for my 17 year old son, they sent me the women's perfume. If a company makes a mistake and screws up your order they should be fixing it for the buyer, Gift Express on the other hand doesn't care if they mess up your order. They wanted to offer me a 15% partial refund!!! Isn't that hilarious!!! I have never heard of such a thing in my life, this company is one I will never purchase from again. And it was one less present for my son on Christmas. The overall experience was extremely frustrating and they don't care about their customers at all!

You have the worst customer service

Not a good company to use if you need to return the item. Shipping isn't worth it. Customer service is lacking, and refund is lagging.

Customer service sucks here! They replied and they will just leave you hang it there. I bought a perfume and tried spraying it on me and nobody even noticed or smells here. That’s why I went to Sephora store and tried the same perfume and the smell is way too strong which I like it because it’s Eau de Parfum but the product I received from this website it doesn’t smell like Eau de Parfum. The smell is very light. It’s my first time ordering here, i just want to try and check it out. I usually order in Sephora, Ulta, Macy’s or the original brand website of the perfume. I would never shop here anymore. Since they are selling a fake or an imitation one. No wonder the price is cheaper.
