Terrible Experience – Do Not Trust This Company I paid for 2-day shipping for a perfume set and never received the item. The company keeps providing a tracking label that shows the package hasn’t even been sent yet, but they continue to lie, claiming it was shipped and advising me to wait 24 to 48 hours. How is this possible when I specifically paid for 2-day shipping? This has been a frustrating experience, and I regret not reading reviews sooner. Many others have faced similar issues, and I wish I had listened to them. Now, I am forced to fight for a refund, involving my bank and pursuing further actions. Do yourself a favor—avoid this company at all costs. I’ll never trust them again.

The price was perfect for the size. The quality of the scent lasts all day. It smells exactly as it is described and I am happy to use it! Shipping took about a week or less so glad to have gotten this.

Sad I can't give 0 star . Horrible I order at this website twice and both times they had to refund the money, they never send the product. When I called they told me .. the item is stock somewhere when usps was waiting for the item for 12 days , liars ,incredible

As much as I love the website and the products are 100% authentic, if you end up losing one item or they overlook to put one of your perfumes in the shipment, you will have a very hard time to have their attention and they will not look into your issue. If you don’t lose anything, perfect - 5 stars, otherwise a terrible experience
