Have to give a Big shout! out to Mr Browns Exclusives. Everything from the service to the delivery was spot on 👌🏽. I was after the Ugg tazz and adidas spezial both sold out everywhere and impossible to get over Xmas. Come across Mr Browns and see he had what I was after NGL I 100 precent thought it was a dodgy site selling knock offs but after seeing some off the reviews and that he had a IG account where you can see him talking about what he sells I then rang the number that’s was given on google 1st it went to voicemail then within 5mins I got a call back from MR Brown himself. Honestly what a sound geeeza had a really good chat with him he explained where he gets his stock from how he started and was even able help when I was asking about sizing for the Ugg tazz. So overall experience was 10/10 and highly recommended buying from MR Browns Exclusive

Contacted this company last night to enquire. Got a reply within minutes even after 10pm. They had the exact shoe required, size & colour and even hand delivered the goods in a smart bag the very next day directly to my door. Absolutely disgusting customer service and after not receiving my parcel and paying £200 they did nothing about it so I’d advise people to stay away from this cowboy outfit.
