I was told that the company will remove my negative items off of my credit report and my inquiries off of my report too. I understand that they say it takes 30 days to pick up the scores and to resolve some issues. I think that that experience is a great opportunity for people who want to build the Credit back up in life. I understand and it’s very thankful for the privileges and opportunity that you represent.

Gerry was very professional and patient with me as I had a lot of questions and was very frustrated with speaking with numerous CS people by the time I talked with him. He did a very good job giving me info and answering my many questions

The lady I spoke to gave me more helpful details on exactly how I could help improve my credit score. She went out of her way to get deeper into my credit to tell me exactly what I need to get removed or what I need to do to improve it.

I got step by step instruction from my agent who was knowledgeable about the processes I was to take. At the end of the experience I felt more secure about my credit, even though I wished the charge was lower, bearing in mind that I wasn't the one who inputted the information incorrectly. An overall great experience.
