I was very grateful for the patience and professionalism of the person that assisted me. This situation left me frazzled, but I was treated with respect and was reassured that everything was addressed.

The representative was extremely helpful and patient in taking me through the steps to update my profile on my credit report. She helped me with the process of uploading my ID from my computer which is something I was not familiar with how to do.

Jiana was so awesome, I just turned 18 I made a mistake trying to co-sign for a family member and she gave me tips and advice and also helped me remove my hard inquiries simple and easy. So BIG SHOUT OUT TO HER!!! Thank you so much for your help today:)!! 12-20-2024

My experience with the Experian Rep, Bruner, was excellent. There were time where I was frustrated due to my own lack of confidence on the computer. Bruner helped me to obtain the needed information to complete the task on his end. It took approximately one and a half hours to finish the job. Phew!!! His patience persevered. Thank you for employing a competent person.
