Associate Pablo changed my life and removed a huge burden on me.For months i have struggling to stop unauthorized use on debit card and no matter what i did it continued to happen.I have been in he$$ for months. Aalyha was very professional, patient,knowledgeable , friendly and kind. She walked me through the whole process, don’t think I could have done it without her. Others tried and it was so confusing, they gave up . She is very good at her job and makes it easier for people like me which is not computer savvy.

My phone call was recorded and the person who helped me told me that this was a ones time payment. I asked 2/3 time will this be a recurring payment and was told no. But $99.00 was taken out of my account on March 5, 2025! I called and told them to listen to my phone call to verify what was said. Even though you can verify that she clearly lied to me they said she did nothing wrong because I have the contact! They also told me it will take 30-90 days to get the negative statement off of all my 3 credit report.... I'll see if that's the case and if so I'll update my response here to a 4 star!!! A 5 star if they refund my $99.00 and still do what they promised in the beginning with the phone call!

My credit clerk assistant was exceptional in helping me, Her name should have been mentioned in the survey email, because I don't remember it.

It was a great experience she take time with me and helping me I’m glad it was her she was so nice good customer service.

Thought I was talking to Credit Karma. Ended up costing me $100 to change my phone number with Credit Karma. Which I now doubt they did
