My son-in-law was helping me get my account with Experian open on-line again. Brianna was extremely helpful and very patient with me. She was able to come up with helpful alternative ways of doing things if necessary and waited patiently as I did them.

All these reviews are very nice about the employees But, so far, have not read any thing positive about the results you would expect from a company like this. Do they really help your credit or are they just nice to you?

Gave them many months after their estimated time of repair (2-4 months of $100/month payments) for my credit situation of being falsely hit on my credit and had no progress. Feel like I just got scammed $800. Will never use or recommended to family/friends

Manevia was very helpful in walking me through the whole process of correcting my credit history she had told me the things that I thought I couldn’t erase until 10 years and I had some alerts that I was not aware of that was on my credit report that should’ve been wiped out

What a scam. My wife called them because she thought is was Experian. She needed to get her credit report unfrozen. Before she agreed to let them bill her she asked the if they were Experian or a third party company. They told her they were Experian and not a third party company. Which was a bald face lie. They showed 3 credit reports on her portal that had bogus credit scores. They never told her the $79 she paid would be a recurring monthly charge. They did cancel her recurring monthly charge but has not refunded her $79 to date.

I spoke to Mr Simon regarding an issue I had not receiving my information concerning a purchase. It has shown up on my credit report as past due. He resolved my problem very quickly. He then proceeded to help me with some other items negatively affecting my credit report. I was very satisfied with all he did for me! He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was very nice and professional. I am so glad I was able to speak to him.

The representative was helpful and was looking out form my best interest at heart. Saw that i needed some help and was not afraid to ask for more from her boss to win my confidence in ensuring that i am being taken care of. Very knowledable and created a feel good attitude in the atomosphere. She was able to give me what i needed and explained everything very well

The gentleman I spoke with was extremely patient and kind. I was distraught and crying. He never took anything personal or made me feel bad about being upset. He was exceptional at his job. The Credit company should be honored to have him as an employee. Because of him I was able to do what I needed to do.
