I decided to take the plunge because I needed to help getting my credit up and clean, the representative was so kind and helpful and explained everything to me the process and proceeding as to what exactly expect. I am great full for the customer service and the help the young lady did.

United States | 25 February 2025This is the worst company ever. Do not sign anything. They say you have 3 days and that they will refund your money, all lies. You have to call your credit card and have them do it. Why would even get back to me. It’s my review. Please people check out this company, they are not truthful. You have three days to change your mine? But you don’t, save every thing you signed and send it to your credit card company.

United States | 25 February 2025i am confused re. why had t pay $100 to delete old addresses in my report. Also0, contract says it is month to month -What is month to month. Is there any further payment to make. \?? I just called Experian to discuss a phone call I rec'd. I did not provide any account numbers bank info or credit card info. Caller inferred someone had tried to get something on my credit, whatever. He did not speak good English so did not understand. at any rate my call to Experian ended up costing me $100 which was explained to be the cost to correct info on my credit report. I am still confused. The "contract" I signed indicates it is month to month. What is month to month. Am I obligated to pay any more to Credit clerk. Please help / explain. Thank you

I had an issue with a credit card company that shut down my card because they were merging with another bank. Not only did she walk me thru this issue but she also looked and saw that my birthday date month was wrong which also affected my credit.
