I spoke with Cayne on the phone and he was very helpful and polite. I was worried about my credit score and he helped me figure out what the amount in collections was from and informed me of another account in collections that I was unaware of. I didn’t recall having a balance for one of them and the other one had inaccurate information so he helped me with the dispute process. He explained very in depth about the whole process and how it would help and answered all questions I had. He also was able to speak with his manager and bring my fee for the dispute down (without me even asking!) due to me only having the 2 accounts and it not being a large sum of money. I am very very grateful for the help and very much appreciate the kindness and politeness he had, even though I was likely the last customer he had to deal with for the day and he was probably ready to go home. It was a very good first experience especially since I am young and just starting out with my credit and haven’t had to deal with anything like this before.

My experience with todays call with Roberto Espinoza was over 200% amazing and just wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the service which I was very skeptical at first. He put my mind at peace and assured me your service is real and legitimate. He was patient with me and very polite. He was very encouraging to my doubts to opt out. His assurance and calm demeanor brought my doubt from iCloud to a calm heart and optimistic that my financial struggles to making the payments today that your company work is going to work on disputing my credit negative items to improving my credit score as promised. I just got off the phone with a lady by the name Shameka . She was very helpful and said it would be 99.00 a month for 3 months . Does anybody know if this is true ? Or how long is your service for ? I was very skeptical but Credit Clerk sounds like they are there to help . If anyone has posed this service and knows more then what o was told please let me know thank you

AYU representative make me feel like I’m living a new life now these outsides agency pulled been paying off my credit card. Making money off of me. And until credit clerk today AYU made my day give him extra extra raise. He deserve it. God bless. I feel so good like a person Gloria Gaines.
