My experience was wonderful.for me because the customer services representative Ms. Kesha explanations of were clear and understanding.. This gave me sense of comfort knowing that I wss going in right direction for clearing my record score

My agent had a lot of patience and really explained how he can help and why it's important to take care of inquiries.

Nylah made me feel that she wanted really help me and she did. She bent over backwards to get me sign up and to stop my identity thief. the main thing I want to see done thought is when you send me emails, please spell my name Brian not Bryan.
