🆘 Joke! AVOID 🚨 Had an engineer come out over 12 months ago now. I already knew what was wrong with the fridge I just needed someone to give me a quote on how much to fix. Engineer turns up and first thing I asked was is there a call out charge. I was given the answer “NO, don’t worry”!🙃🙃🙃. Tells me what I already know (needs a new fan) gives me a quote which would cost more than to just buy a new fridge so I kindly let him know I won’t be needing his help. 12 months have passed and they’re still trying to get £80+ VAT off me after he specifically told me there wasn’t a call out charge. Threatening me with CCJ’s and not to ignore. They don’t reply to your emails/calls and say they’ve sent an invoice with means to pay. No invoices and no way to pay. Not that I want to pay it anyway. Joke of a company. Avoid

Do not trust this company it is a lie the engineer came and try to charge more than what was quoted he tried to make me pay three times the amount for parts . When I said I would purchase them myself instead of transferring him the money he has yet to confirm or return to complete the job. I already paid him£75 and when he returned he would get the outstanding £4 so he knows i am paying for him to complete the job. It has been 4 weeks I have been trying to get in touch with the number on the website none of them work and no one is answering the emails. I sent him a message threatening to take him to court ( Steven is his name) and he finally answered saying he fulfilled his obligations. This man stole my money and I can’t get help from anyone on the customer service side of things. BE AWARE THIS IS A SCAM

V=DBE7D965-0001 The engineer came as arranged and carried out the repair efficiently. This was on 16th December 2022. I paid for the service. 24 August this year, I get an invoice with an added cost for missed payment. I replied to say that I had paid. I received an email to say that this would be looked into and I should receive a response usually within one day. I then read the invoice more closely and saw that it had the incorrect date, appliance and repair, so emailed again. I then received another invoice, so I tried to ring, but no-one ever picked up, so I sent another email. And today I have received a further invoice reminder. So the service on the day was fine, but the adminstration has been poor.

🌟AVOID THIS COMPANY🌟 They do not employ engineers they subcontract and send private companies such as ourselves to work on their behalf. They then take payments from customers but refuse to pay us as engineers for our work. Our company along with many others are owed money for completed work. The owner spike will not pay so if they approach you think long and hard before you carry out work on their behalf.

Very sloppy workmanship. Not really interested in carrying out the repair. He keep saying we should by a new extractor unit. Cost of new unit £1,500. OST of final repair £400. He said it needed a new fan unit we had to wait three weeks for it to arrive. When installed it did not work - fault found to be the circuit board - took 8 weeks to arrive. Question- why was this not found at the first visit - was the new fan unit really needed.? Whould not recommend using your company to any of my friends as long as you have people like this working for you.

I would avoid this company in the future. Went ahead and booked them after seeing good reviews, but really disappointed. Not only the engineer failed to repair the Dryer, but also damaged it beyond repair. Still they claimed “just the call out charge”. Ended up paying twice to get the repair completed..😡😡😡😡😡

Absolutely terrible experience. Confusion over the day the engineer was coming to look at washing machine issue. He did show, but then no communication over next steps. Hasn’t replied to text or calls. Waited an hour on the phone to Service Site then got cut off. They said they aim to reply to emails within 1 working day - yeah right! Avoid Service Site at all costs.

The tradesman came unable to mend dishwasher gave me invoice but the card machine did not work. He said office wld contact me ,they did with invoice demanding payment for job £26 more than original cost. We are waiting for them to send correct invoice. Payment was callout fee only disgusting service from there office.

Horrible to deal with. They have been sending me a bill these last two weeks from a cancelled appointment in April. So there was no service from them at all. No one answers the phone either and no one reply’s to emails. I DEFO won’t be paying the bill for something that never happened!! DONT USE

This was a dishwasher repair to the machines catch which would not hold the door closed. Despite Simon Moss the engineer coming out twice second time to replace the catch both repairs only lasted 2 weeks. After the second repair Simon did not reply to my emails and via the company I was advised to remove the decor door which I have been advised would not resolve the problem. After paying £130 the dishwasher now can’t be used at all and has had to replaced, what a waste of £130, so disappointed.

Terrible communication from start to finish. I was threatened with a CCJ (via emailed final demand) if I didn't pay a call out fee for an engineer who did not confirm the day or time of the visit. No response from customer services to emails and phone line was not answered. Avoid!

Avoid this company at all costs. Engineer came out, diagnosed the fault on the cooker and ordered the part. He never came back to fix it and the company avoided all emails and calls to get it sorted so left with broken oven and a call out charge.

The Washing machine repair Engineers text the day before to say the time they were coming. Wayne and Anthony arrived approximately 09:30am, immediately did a diagnostic check found the problem, solved it and were finished by 09:40. They were both professional, knew their job, offered to clean up and were courteous. Nice to find tradespersons that will explain to you their findings and get the job done, price was as quoted. We would definitely recommend and use again.

I booked an engineer to come & look at a faulty fridge in February. I booked a day off work, by 2pm there was no contact from the engineer as promised by the office, so I rang several times to check he was coming. The office said they would get a message to the engineer. Then I received a text message from the engineer to say he wasn't coming. He wanted to reschedule until the next working day. As I was due in work the following day & had already wasted a holiday, I told him not to bother. My husband fixed the fridge himself. Now over 6 months later, I receive an invoice for the works which were not carried out, including a late payment fee! What an absolute joke! Rip off artists & con men! Avoid like the plague!!!!
