Easy to book. Collected as requested and delivered on time with no problems.

Service was excellent from the perspective of speed. The only criticism I would have is that I booked a motorcycle courier and was looking out fpor a motorcycle at the delivery end. It wpoiuld have been useful to know that it was a van, and also it would have been handy for the courier to have a good level of English which he didnt.

Quoted £29 to courier a laptop 2 miles, paid and confirmed booking. Then I was emailed an invoice for an extra £15 to pay for the congestion charge before they would send a courier. Completely unacceptable. Then the courier arrived on a BICYCLE. I’ve asked for the £15 to be refunded and they’ve ignored me leaving me to claim the money back through my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Used this company twice now and both times excellent service. Once paid the vehicle was at the collection address within the hour and goods were delivered in good time.

Made arrangement for quick same day delivery, after filling out the online form I couldn’t then get hold of anyone to actually make payment, on hold for 40mins while being “next in the queue to speak to a representative”

I needed a courier to urgently deliver a letter. The online process was easy, the booking was confirmed and courier allocated quickly. The courier arrived as promised and confirmed when the letter had been delivered. Excellent service, would definitely use again.
