Great service and competitively priced. We had an urgent delivery from London to Southampton. Our courier arrived within the hour (roughly) and delivered the package promptly. Very pleased and would use again.

My client choose them and they charged us for their service £59.20 while other company for the same distance charged my client ON SATURDAY (2days before) only £13 (in 4h delivery time) and Royal Mail for next day delivery is charging £6. They received the job at 10.30am. I accept to stay longer in my office in order to receive the parcel (100gr) by 5.30pm as per their statement on their email. I left my office at 6.30pm without any update. I received an email to inform me that the parcel has been delivered at 7.32pm without to stay where they left it! Area: Greater London 19miles. We had to exchange a numerous emails next day where the package is. Never answered on my complaints. Not recommended. Very bad and frustrated experience.

Done online with a call from the driver just before he arrived to pick up the package and then updates via a tracking app. Does exactly what it says on the tin!

Speedy Couriers got me out of a hole. They collected a passport from me in Bristol and delivered it to an agent in London within 4 hours. Amazing. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the tracking didn't tell me it was delivered. I checked the tracking number until about 10pm when I then messaged the agent to see if they had received it as I was worried. It had been delivered and signed for at 7.30pm. However the tracking information wasn't updated until 6.20pm the following day. This caused unnecessary stress. I would however use this service again and hope that they take note and take action on this tracking issue.

We ordered a special part we needed urgently to be collected from Norfolk and be delivered to west Yorkshire the same day, we only ordered the service at 1pm and received the packed by 18:30. absolutely fantastic service and will be keeping the company details of Speedy to hand should we need them again.

One star is too many, I booked an urgent Motorcycle Courier to take a parcel from E1 to W12. Firstly a Van collected the parcel( 1100hrs) which I was informed was a dedicated Vehicle for my job by the "customer service" call centre. I have just called the driver Alvin (1300hrs) and he hasn't left the city area of London yet as this was a multi pick up and drop vehicle. The driver has told me that he will deliver before 3pm, Clearly not his fault. I then called "customer service" (1312 hrs) and he spoke to the despatch handler who assured me it will be delivered in 25 mins.....now I have lived in London along time and I don't believe E1 to W12 is possible in that time. I didn't however get to challenge the "customer service" on this fact as he put phone down, just like the previous 2 agents that I had spoken to (the second agent blocked my number). I am all for help and care in the community but surely employing these buffoons is taking it too far. However the one shining light in this whole episode was Alvin the driver who was professional, called me once it had been safely delivered (14.10hours), a credit to this terrible company.

Due to a house sale and the postal strike and needing to get documents to a solicitor, which would have been a 4-hour round trip, I desperately needed a solution and found speedy couriers, I was a little nervous as the website is not the greatest, but I needn't have worried as the service and price both exceeded my expectations. Have now used them twice, and both times a fantastic service....highly recommend
