Bought an expensive service - got cheap terrible service I usually don't post reviews but after going through what I just have with this courier company I felt compelled to tell people my experience. I bought a service using a motorbike on a dedicated delivery service just for me adding a special optional extra called 'hotshot something'. Essentially adding £50 to make sure the delivery was here on time. a 3 pm pickup for a 5:30 pm dropoff. Got a call twenty minutes after a guy picked it up saying he's in a van stuck in traffic and not going to deliver until 7 pm and I need to make sure someones in to sign for the package. Guys from the office said - sorry - you should have read the T's and C's - we say we can provide any vehicle with any service we like. Rotten.

This service is reliable, however all of their timescales online are computer generated, so never accurate on collection or delivery times. If they could improve this and the online tracking location, the service would be amazing. On this occasion, sadly I didn't feel I got value for my money.

First time user and would highly recommend. Standard of service was brilliant.

courier pick up and drop off was efficient but buyer beware!! the final price was 3 times the quote due to 'surcharges and additional charges' that are not shown. These charges are not visible on the home page or menu drop downs and can only be seen when the administrator sent me a link when I queried the charges. They have automatically included a ULEZ charge without confirming what make of vehicle (a car even though I ordered a bike) and 90% surcharge for sunday delivery. This is blatant misselling. not impressed.

Same day, short notice quick delivery.

Speedy same day courier quote was VERY TRICKY!! The quote i got over the phone was 20 pounds + VAT, 24 in total. It sounded very reasonable so I asked the Speedy telephone assistant to repeat the price and she confirmed. What she didn't mention, and she should have done is that there are extras. I had to call a separate number to give them my credit card (also strange), and with the booking reference for, what I thought was 24 pounds, I ended up paying 37 pounds.

Swift, polite and efficient service and best price I could find! Ordered collection from Solihull at 9.30am and my parcel was delivered to Blackburn at 2.15 same day. Would highly recommend.
