Fantastic product from Duplus who were able to supply a large single piece rooflight that was too big for our main window supplier to manufacture (a nationally recognised supplier of aluminium doors and windows). Duplus had a problem with the supply of the glass which nearly meant we didn't have delivery on the same day as the crane which would have cost more to rebook than the window itself. However they pulled out the stops and managed to get a replacement manufactured and delivered on time. The mark of a great company is always how they deal with problems that arise and Duplus were very professional at every step.

The customer service was very good and I will definitely go back to you guys again. Very happy with the product can’t go wrong and will recommend friends and family going forward.

We had a complicated roof light (12 sided!) yet the sales team were totally enthusiastic and helpful, and provided us with a competitive quote. They collaborated with our main contractor to provide a detailed solution for them to work to, and delivered to site ahead of schedule. Our roof light is beautiful, looks great quality, and installation when smoothly.

I was having my flat roof refurbished, and my roofing contractor recommended Duplus products for replacing my old roof lights. Duplus also advertise and sell their products on eBay and they represented good value for money. I purchased two units which I collected in person from their Leicester based premises. The entire process from initial contact with Duplus to payment and collection was straightforward and simple. My roof contractor had no problems installing the units (which look fantastic!) and are well designed and manufactured imho. The units have just been installed so I cannot comment on durability but they do come with a 10 year warranty...! I would recommend Duplus products for quality and value.

After searching various suppliers for our flat roof windows we placed our order with Duplus due at that time to cost, customer reviews and an excellent informative website. Having now received and fitted the windows I am extremely glad we chose Duplus. The product was extremely easy to install, I'm just a DIYer not a tradesman yet the install was very easy with all fixings and spacers provided. The quality of the windows is very good and the customer experience second to none with the most friendly and helpful team answering my questions and even phoning me back to ensure all is OK.

I had a good experience with Duplus. I had researched the type of product we needed which helped; they provided a range of flat Rooflight sizes and we needed two 3m x 1m flat Rooflights. The sales team were easy to deal with and knowledgable with regards fitting. The product was delivered efficiently in a timeframe communicated from the outset. We’ve just installed them and they look fabulous.

We ordered a very large, sliding, electric sky light from DuPlus, and absolutely love it. The item itself is beautiful and works perfectly, and Gavin was brilliant keeping us informed throughout the order process. He even helped us troubleshoot possible access solutions on the delivery day, when we realised we wouldn't be able to fit it up our communal stairwell to the top floor. A+++!

Duplus have supplied me with a 2.5 x 1.5 lantern. The service was great from start to finish, I was kept fully informed by the team throughout the process. The roof light looks great, best part of the extension in my opinion. It is clearly a very well designed and engineered product which made it incredibly easy to fit (my builder was reluctant to install it but the team assured me it was easy so I did it myself with no issues at all). I wouldn’t hesitate recommend.
