I wished I had read the reviews before purchasing a picture from this company! My picture arrived also coming apart at the mitres before we had even unwrapped it. It was clear that the flimsy plastic frame was not fit to support such a heavy glazed picture but Philip at Decor Interiors actually asked if we had not unpacked it properly and then said it must have been damaged during delivery. He did arrange a courier to pick the return up but when the picture arrived back it was further damaged - no surprise that the frame had now completely come apart but the glass was broken too. This was again blamed on our packaging when the picture was not fit for purpose in the first place. Fortunately I obtained a full refund from PayPal.
