Ireland | 20 January 2025Ordered paint and after waiting weeks contacted them to which I got an email back with an excuse about a damage pallet of paint they received and would I wait another few weeks, I asked them for a refund to which they replied it would be passed onto accounts, got an email back to say my order had been cancelled, The following day I got an email to say my order would be dispatched, I contacted them again and said I had cancelled that order, and wanted a refund, I still haven't received my refund, I don't know what kind of a shit show it is, but they are ripping people off, I don't understand why they are not being investigated as this clearly is fraud, I will pursue them aggressively on this matter as it's not acceptable!!!

United Kingdom | 08 January 2025AVOID ! Ordered an item with an advertised delivery of 3 - 7 days. I checked the dispatch timeline a week after order and was told they don’t have an estimated delivery date and there was no guarantee of a Christmas delivery. As this was for Christmas I request to cancel the order which was agreed. I then heard nothing for 3 weeks and did not receive a refund. A dispute has now been raised with my bank and funnily enough I then receive a dispatch notification. I have since reminded them that this order had been cancelled and to not send the item. Terrible communication, terrible customer service.

You know you owe me over £400 - for items returned nearly 2 years ago of which I have proof of return. As another review quite rightly said, Decor Interiors steals from their customers.....with ZERO intention of refund. Absolutely sickening...

It did take over two weeks to be delivered when advertised for 3-7 days which meant it didn’t arrive in time for my sisters wedding. However, I emailed and did get a response and the item has been delivery, very well packaged and a gorgeous item.

I placed an order for a vase intended as a Christmas present for my sister on the 13th of December. Despite the clear need for timely delivery given the season, my order was neglected for an astonishing 10 days with no action taken. Worse still, it was not until the 24th of December that I received an email informing me the order had finally been dispatched, arriving with no explanation or apology for the delay. This complete lack of communication and poor service management meant that a meaningful Christmas gift was effectively ruined by their inaction. This experience has left a sour taste, and I find it absolutely appalling that there was no effort to expedite processing or to communicate proactively knowing that this was clearly a holiday-related order. I expected far better service, especially during such a critical time of year.

Ireland | 20 December 2024I ordered a mirror on the 2nd Dec worth €397. After a week I received no communication so I sent an email, it went unanswered so I phoned the store on the 9th Dec. I spoke to someone who told me it would be dispatched that week and I would have it within 48 hours. The following Monday I still hadn’t received it or even received any communication in relation to its status so I decided to contact the store. The mirror was a Christmas gift so I needed it by the 20th as I am going away for Christmas on the 21st. I rang the store multiple times but there was no answer. I decided to write a review and suddenly my email was replied to and I was told the mirror would be dispatched that day. I received the mirror on the 18th and it was all cracked. I contacted them and they replied saying that this can happen due to couriers mishandling the item. They asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I said I would like a refund and they replied saying that they will pass it onto accounts and could I dispose of the mirror because no courier will collect it!! I rang DPD in regards to this and they said that’s not true at all. They said it’s the same item they delivered so why would they not return it. They said the reason they said that is because they don’t want to pay the courier fee to have it returned so they expect me to dispose of it. Disgraceful!! I’ve never in all my life encountered such unprofessionalism. They are a disgrace of a company. A bunch of cowboys in my opinion. Looking at the reviews loads of people have had issues receiving their refunds. If I don’t receive any confirmation or proof of it being processed within the next seven days I will have to get the police involved. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! You will literally spend your time chasing after them for the product to be delivered and for your money back! In response to your reply you seem to have a lot of dissatisfied customers which is extremely telling. I’ve never seen a company with so many bad reviews and I agree with a previous customer of yours who said the five star reviews are probably fake. Trustpilot don’t vet the reviews. You’re full of excuses and only seem to send orders and process refunds once you get a bad review. And yes there is every need to involve the police when you don’t return money that does not belong to you.

United Kingdom | 12 December 2024Their communciation/ customer service is easily one of the worse I can remember. Ordered an item on 14th November, and I had to email in to find out it was delayed. Their dates kept changing for when to expect it, with nothing set. Edit: Phil, provided more clarity and I was given a refund, and the item came more than a month late - 6th January.
