Had a large painting delivered and as it has hung for a few days I noticed the corner of the frame has started to separate. I reached out to customer services, and to leave a bad review in here before someone would come back to me, to be offered some money off as they had no items in stock (even though their website had 3 in stock) After this I was then offered a replacement - and was asked if I had the original packaging to send the item back in - why would I when I had already hung the item on the wall. Asked if they could send me some packaging to get the item back to them and have had to chase several time for any information. Finally had someone come back to me calling me the wrong name and just refusing to help come to a resolution. Disgusting customer service, will not use them again, cannot recall a time I have had worse service.

I have bought a few gorgeous items from this store… It is definitely my favourite homeware store with unique, good quality items. Customer service is excellent - I have hassled them numerous times via DM also and they have always replied promptly and been very helpful.

Item damaged. Keep saying they are picking it up and don’t. Had to call them 4 times and still have the damaged item!!!!!! Hopefully PayPal to the rescue

I ordered a picture of the Queen for my daughter’s Christmas present. It has arrived damaged. I have emailed twice and have had no reply. If a good ordered online arrive faulty, you have 30 days to return and get it replaced. Please can somebody make contact with me on this or give me a telephone number to discuss.
