3/15(木)に荷物を受け取ったけど、レトロイド5の箱に1000円くらいの携帯ゲーム機が突っ込まれいた。こんなの注文していない。送り返すから住所を教えて欲しい。そして新しいレトロイド5を送って欲しい。

Eu comprei uma scooter com um valor alto e recebi o produto com inúmeros sinais de uso. Estou há duas semanas tentando devolver a scooter mas eles se recusam a vir buscar. Eles dizem que se o produto tiver sinais de uso eles não vão devolver meu dinheiro completo e sim só uma parte do valor que paguei. Não faz nenhum sentido pois no mesmo dia que recebi a scooter eu tirei fotos das marcas de uso com ela ainda na caixa. Eles tratam os clientes de uma forma horrível. A pior empresa que já fiz negócios na minha vida!!! Fujam!!!

Ordered fpv glasses for a small €500, stock status was in stock and shipped within 24 hours, checked the next day given past experiences. The product information was unchanged, in stock and shipped within 24 hours. Immediately made a screen to be sure. The package was eventually shipped 10 days (240 hours) later and has now been shipped 14 working days later but is not yet on its way and the probable delivery date is a month later than promised at the time of ordering. Completely unreliable in terms of stock status, time of shipment and expected delivery time. got an apology from the friendly customer service but of course that is of no use to you. banggood regularly has good deals in terms of price but I can only recommend this website if you do not mind receiving the product 1 to 2 months later than promised and expected.
