Bei BangGood hat man kein Rückgaberecht. Man muss kompliziert Bilder und Videos hochladen und sein Problem mit dem gekauften Artikel erklären. Mit gut Glück bekommt man einen Teilerstattung oder einen Gutschein. Rückgabe ist fast unmöglich.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive the RC model TrainStar so quickly after I had placed my order. I was dreading the shipping results, because the box had taken a bad nock on one side. However, the airplane was very well packaged and protected, so I was really pleased to find it intact. The RC plane is of a very good quality and appears to be well made. It has all the assembly parts and fittings. It also has a very good instruction manual. I haven’t assembled it yet, but I expect it to be complete and easy to assemble. I am looking forward to flying it trust that it will fly the way it looks. There are a few important things that are missing from the Operator Manual. For example the power of the motor and the ESC are not given. Furthermore, no suggestion to the size of the battery or power is provided. Thank you.
