Drawer was missing a rivet and was refunded. The drawer that did have all the rivets was of a lower quality that drawers I have purchased from other suppliers. Documentation of web site for the fan system was wrong. Led display showed as blue but was red. Found out later this was because the website images and documentation for all units was for the Centigrade unit.

Penn-elcom did a fantastic job of fulfilling my custom AV 2RU faceplate order! The tool on their website had a little bit of a learning curve, but was great for specifying and visualizing the finished outcome! Well done - I would highly recommend them!
