Nice solid rack-mounted shelves with tight, smooth sliders. I wanted good quality, and got it. Purchasing from the site was easy and the shelves shipped and arrived quickly.

Update - The cable was replaced with new cable and it looks excellent! The diameter is only 6.0mm, not 6.5mm, but that shouldn't affect sound quality or durability. Thank you Chad & the folks at Penn Elcom! It seems like the original shipping box opened in the sorting facility & the cable was damaged by the shipper's equipment, then repackaged and sent to me! There was an issues with the replacement cable in that Penn Elcom didn't ship the correct length. They sent another shipment to make up the missing cable length. Original Review -The instrument cable, Part No. CAIC110B, I bought was damaged and looks like it was used. It is not quality cable. I can't use it to build high quality long lasting instrument cables. I sent an email to Penn Elcom asking them to provide a solution.

The aluminum extrusions I ordered were packaged wonderfully, but when I opened them it was clear that they were not handled properly. Despite the care in packaging, the extrusions were scratched and bent. They were still usable for my project, but very sad they were not in better condition.

The online chat was quick and helpful. The parts arrived on time and as expected. Fit and finish is good. Missing a couple of screws (the part, not me) but they were easily replaced. Overall quite good.

I thought the price was fair when I placed the order, then it was reduced - who is going to complain about that, it's great news right?! Someone who is claiming the cost back from their finance department is who 😥,... the paperwork received with the order didn't match with the money taken from the credit card. I asked for an invoice that reflected the transaction, but didn't receive one. My expenses were bounced twice because the card statement, and the invoice differed. In short the company save a little money, but I gained a disproportionate amount of grief. Product great, and good quality, everything you'd expect, but the administration & invoicing let it down.

The product was exactly what I was looking for, premium materials used for production and installed easily, without issue. Not to mention the price for the product was fair.
