It appears that the larger drawer was used. The box it came in was clearly opened and retaped shut. The front panel had a small scratch across it and it was bent. It had a bow to the front cover from side to side and would not close properly. I pushed and pulled on it for about five minutes and got it pretty straight. I was not expecting this for the price I paid for it. I started building a new home stereo cabinet. So far, I have purchased seven items. The one drawer was the first item I wasn't completely satisfied with. Penn Elcom reached out to me and decided through conversation that I was satisfied with the order. Well, I'm glad they think so but I'm not. The scratch still exists and the drawer isn't perfectly straight. However, it works. They sent me a used product but charged me the price of a new one with a bent front panel and a scratch on it about three inches long. Would you be satisfied??
