PE emailed back a day later to say the items were no longer stocked and was told a refund had been issued. 7 working days later still no refund. Had to email again to ask about the refund, PE responded saying the refund had been missed... So not only is the website out of date with regards to stocked items, the accounting systems for customer refunds are sloppy too. Very unprofessional. Not impressed.
