I did find it difficult to compare casters in your on line catalogue, but once found the ordering process was easy. Delivery was very fast. We have been using your casters for some years.

I've ordered extrusions with a lenght of 4 meter, but they sent 2 times 2 meter. I emailed them about it that I ordered 4 meter lenghts because I needed to cut lenghts of 1.5 meter and 0.9 meter. After a few days I received extra extrusions free of charge. That is what I call great customer service.

Order placed, delivered on time, Unfortunately item not suitable but return and refund sorted with minimal hassle. Also answer the telephone unlike so many other companies these days.

The whole experience was great. The website was intuitive, easy to follow and i found it easy to find the product I wanted, along with adequate technical data to make an informed purchase. The pricing is competitive. Placing an order was easy, and I was kept well informed on updates on my order and delivery date.

Overall a good experience with this company and the service provided. Most recent purchase seemed to of had a few small clips missing, which I realised later on. They arranged for replacements to be sent out immediately and did not give me grief. Good customer service, good products, good price!
