The fit and finish of all the ventilated rack mount shelves (7 of them) was perfect. Very good quality, no sharp edges, no runs in the paint, no tooling marks. The black anodized brushed aluminum face plates look great. Again, no scratches, burrs, or imperfections in the finish.

Delivery details worked out in advance. Rental truck dropped load off at garage entrance (around back of house). This allowed moving package to garage until base was ready (GREAT). PBX2 delivered in perfect condition. PBX2 now installed and ready for packages. Unit includes grate for drainage if there is water intrusion. Packing included very strong air wrap which covers bottom of PBX2. Delivery was ahead of estimate, and no transit details received from shipping company. Overall, product is great, delivery two days early (appreciated), and we are happy with the PBX2.

Package box is good. However, both locks are the cheapest locks they could find. They need to put better quality locks.

Fast service and product met expectations

Wanted to order rotating butterfly latches in black. Website had an "Enquire" link, which we did. Response was simply "Unfortunately, we don’t stock the L0965/LK in Australia.". No alternatives offered. Browsing the website again saw the chrome ones (L0965/L) were available to be ordered online, so did that. Arrived in a timely manner and installed with little fuss. They are solid and operate smoothly. I have the older version of those latches and after 25 years the handles started to come off. No such problem with these ones though, the top part where the handle attaches is a solid piece and won't break off. The older ones latch moved up as they moved out, these ones just move forward and backward and has to be lifted out. Not a gripe, just something to think about if you have two of these installed together.
