It came in on time, it was cool having a fully customizable feature on the site and personalizing it for me my girlfriend. I also just gave it to her today for Valentine's Day; she loved it. Would recommend it to others looking to get a nice gift for there partners.

Do not buy from this company!! Still haven’t received my order and I placed it back in November to gift to my fellow colleagues. Now I look like a liar and I have message, emailed, tried everything to get ahold of this company and no response and no refund no update on my package NOTHING! Do not buy from this company!!!

Still haven’t received my order and I ordered the December 17,2024…. Was suppose to receive it for New Year’s but still no luck. Haven’t been given an order number either. Will not be purchasing from this company again….

I ordered the peanuts type dog/owner ornament. Couldn't get my dogs look exactly, but am very pleased with it. Customization n ordering was easy. Shipping info coulda been a little better, but arrived in a timely manner. Love it

I ordered too late for Christmas, but it was a welcome surprise when it showed up, looks great and the customization process turned out an almost exact replica of our pontoon. Very cool!

It took a little long to ship, but overall great product. The keychain I ordered is perfect and it was a great gift!

I ordered the peanuts gang themed ornament that you could personalize to look like you. I made it to look like our family. It turned out so super adorable! My family all loved it and we can’t wait to display it on the Christmas tree next year!!

Ornaments were nice, however, they smelled of strong chemicals and I couldn’t get the smell away. They arrived much later than expected - not in time for Christmas as they were shipped from overseas and had to go through customs. This is not a local made product so be prepared to wait.

I bought my coworker and of course myself these for a Christmas present. Quality was great and we love them! Would recommend this company for anyone!

I ordered a little late, but it still came on Christmas Eve! We ordered the Vikings/Lions house divided ornament & it's perfect! I wish the hanging ribbon matched the ornament (ribbons were red, gold, & jute colors- purple, blue would have been better, but I can fix that) . More expensive than most ornaments, but it was personalized with our names so there's that. We will display it for playoffs as we're big football fans. Love it!

I bought 5 personalized besties ornaments. Shipping took longer than expected and was not on time for Christmas but that’s the gamble I took. One of our ornaments was wrong. I sent 1 email with pictures of what I ordered and what I received and had a new ornament in about a week. Customer service was very responsive. LOVE the ornaments.
