Drivers always go above and beyond to make the customer happy and satisfied with the delivery. I’m 70 every delivery I’ve ever had the driver makes sure the wood is where I can manage it.

This is our third order with UK Logs Direct. Friendly helpful driver, delivered on time. The nets came delivered on a pallet and were protected from the weather with cellophane to keep dry. Decent size logs too.

Delivery was with an electric pallet mover so instead of having to wrestle the large pallet off the road, it was really easy. The driver was also incredibly helpful and cheerful. Logs are well stacked in the pallet and are of high quality. Really happy with this order from start to finish.

First order with UK logs and I am really pleased with the quantity and quality of the load. I ordered a full crate of birch which had been stacked tightly and arrived in good condition. Driver was very helpful also. Will use UK logs again, excellent experience.

Good quality logs and the crates can be broken down into kindling. I ordered oak and ash, and the smell in the house when the oak is burning is just lovely. The pallet delivery company was good too, with clear instruction about when they were going to deliver. The driver was a bit of a grump but otherwise I can't fault the whole process.
