Am very disappointed at the burn time of these Pini Kay logs. Was expecting at least an hour but found that the time was approximately half an hour ☹️I made sure that the air intake was monitored but it didn’t make a difference. A good hardwood log burned at an equal rate.

Delivery excellent. Not sure what we received was Bircher’s. Nothing like previous shipments. Interestingly the top level of the stack was hollowed out? The wood received burns well.

Delivered on time all as ordered and good quality logs

Another prompt delivery after placing our order, have purchased logs from UK Logs Direct for several years. Again had the kiln dried mixed hardwood which we find good value for the money and they do burn well.Good length but may need splitting as some can be on the larger side but not a problem for us. Will continue to use this company for future log orders as we consider reliable and fairly priced.
