Ordering by phone and online were a breeze. The only reason I used phone was that it was a repeat order and I needed to change one little thing. Delivery driver was very helpful and courteous. Jokingly he ensured that he dumped the very large pallet exactly where I wanted to the nearest centimeter. Dried Ash wood burns perfectly and was extremely well packed in the pallet. Hard work moving it all though !

Great product and great service

First time I've used as usual supplier had limited stockService good, delivery driver decent bloke. Cost of logs extortionate. Bought 40 bags, didn't even fill my log store when 20 from my usual supplier has it overflowing. Don't mind paying for a decent amount but never again.

Fast delivery and driver dropped crate where I wanted it. Wood was well packed in the crate and some nice chunky pieces for longer burns. The beech wood burns very hot and leaves good coals for next load. Will buy again
