So far, the telephone interview with Mike (sales person) who signed me up for EDF, was so easy going, 'not pushy' unlike other companies. I felt at real ease as he explained the details of EDF policy and cost. Neither did I feel threatened. Let's hope EDF are like Mike states they are. Good riddance to Utilita. Thanks.
