Absolutely useless no help whatsoever

I was initially reluctant to discuss the change over with the caller from UtilityD but got very interested because the caller was very helpful in explaining where the discounts are and how much each company offers. I was really surprised at how much I would be saving and how much we have been wasting all these years. I am very grateful I got that call. Thank you.
