First time visit since before lock down. Found exactly what I wanted assisted by two very helpful and attentive staff. Thank you. Added bonus was free sample of chocolate coated coffee beans and tea sample, much appreciated and enjoyed! Plan to visit again soon.

I have been a fan of Whittard for as long as I remember, which is over 2 decades. When their teaboxes came out, I was one of the first to buy as many as possible, as they were just what I was looking for to store Whittard fabulous loose teas, which by the way have improve in quality, since the company has turned around their back luck due to the economic crash of 2008... Now, I have a cupboard dedicated to Whittard and I am not having a day without one (or many) of their teas.

Can't complain. Everything is just perfect. Good quality tea and good service.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff who remembered me from previous visits. They assisted with finding the Oolong ginger tea I had tried as a taster following my last visit and gave me 3 new samples to try. I love the range of quality teas available and the service is always excellent I wish Whittards offered a caddy refill option to reduce packaging.

Great customer service and got what I wanted.

We were in the Stratford-Upon-Avon store on 29th May and had a great experience. The assistant who served us was very friendly and more than happy to help out. He even put together a little taster of the hazelnut coffee for us. We can't remember his name but he was tall, dark hair and slim. Great little shop with plenty of variety.

The member of staff was very helpful and cheerful. His product knowledge excellent along with the appropriate brewing advice. We have always found it a pleasure to shop in the Norwich branch.

The young lady in the Gun Wharf Quays store was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. My partner isn't happy as now I have a new favourite drink, which probably isn't the the healthiest in the world - Whittards flavoured hot chocolate. Raspberry Ripple flavour is just incredible, as are the Crème brûlée and Strawberry flavours. She is also not happy at the prospect of me spending all of our savings there now...

There are no words to describe how good their teas and infusions are! I have literally tried everything and, whilst of course i have my preferences, i have never found anything disappointing! Just give it a go if u never tried before!

Whittards in Wimbledon has a very good range of products. The displays are always beautifully set out. The staff are very knowledgeable and happily advise, and educate you on the traditional and new teas and coffees on offer.

A quick visit on route home from Bath. Very helpful when I asked for a product, instant Dreamtime. Also showed me an alternative product, the loose leaves Dreamtime tea which I didn't know about. Gave me a sample she thought I would like based on my purchases. Great customer service.

The staff were extremely friendly and talkative and both happy to help and offered me some tasters which helped me make a birthday gift decision! I bought a hot chocolate spoon, rocky road and salted caramel hot chocolate and they were all good quality and so lovely! Truly amazing experience and can’t wait to return for some more hot chocolate and tea!

Friendly service and great offer! However the choices are not as much as I expect, will definitely visit again to check if my wishlist is back in stock.

I always find the staff very friendly at the Cheshire Oaks branch, and are always willing to make you a hot chocolate to taste before you buy. On my recent visit a new lady has started called Barbara, and she was ever so helpful. They have recruited very well.

Friendly and helpful. Seriously, they are wonderful folk who know their stuff. Wanting to try a new product, no problem :) Always looks neat and tidy and smells divine of the latest teas. Good range of hot chocolates and found they can guide you to trying out a new flavour based on what you have liked before. I discovered Milk Oolong tea by chatting to the lovely staff (I am a hot choc fan so finding a tea I liked was super - fewer calories!). So many of the hot chocs are VEGAN too which is such a bonus, even the rocky road one (which tastes like biscuits, it’s gorgeous). Go in there, don’t be scared, tell them ‘I drink builders tea only, what should I try’, or what works well as an iced coffee. They know their stuff.
