We us our local store in Exeter and find the staff wonderful and nothing is to much trouble ,only wish the store was bigger

Very Friendly Staff and the shop is arranged nicely. Despite being very central, it does not get crowdy and the overall experience is lovely.

Excellent service always wonderfully packed and prepared. And receipt always included in the box as standard. And the one thing that I truly love is the taste guarantee anything you purchase if your not in total love then you can return it to any store for a simple exchange! Perfect in theese days where we can’t sample goods before purchase.

Placed my order and within 5 days it had arrived beautifully packaged and intact. Love the banoffee white chocolate hot chocolate, and the coconut coffee. It always tastes amazing and live my two free mugs. Thank you Whittards.

I shop in the store often and have always had good service. A wonderful selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolates etc. Staff always friendly and willing to help. The samples given are a wonderful idea and I love to try the samples, which I would never usually try and I have brought some of the things I have tried afterwards. The layout of the store is easy to understand and is pleasing to the eye and is always of a high standard. Would fully recommend this shop. Wouldn’t buy my teas elsewhere!

Delicious hot chocolate, friendly & helpful staff.

A wide range of quality tea, coffee, and chocolate, plus crockery and accessories, makes Whittards a great place to shop. On-line the website is fairly simply to navigate, whilst in-store, the staff actually know the products they are selling and give good advice about blends you will like based on those you already do. I mostly use them for the wide range of teas (black, green, white, herbal) that they have in stock, and when I've been uncertain I have come to trust that the staff will guide me. Becoming a "Top Taster" means that every time you buy something in one of their shops you get decent samples of their other blends. I've found a couple of blends that I really like through this.

Customer services rep was grumpy and very unhelpful! Didn’t ask for my email address or offer the loyalty tea pouch. Was greater by a much more friendlier staff member during the second visit to the shop today and had the complete opposite experience!

Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. A couple of them remembers you as repeat a customer too. Something of an improvement as well, they are increasing their variety of loose leaf varieties in-store which is welcomed for an in-person experience and discussion in comparison to online shopping. An area of improvement is linking the loyalty programme with the online shoppers.

Staff in Milton Keynes are always friendly and helpful, always go there for our tea unless visiting other places

Warm welcoming atmosphere every time I visit the store (Cardiff and London). Sales are friendly and helpful to introduce and explain the characteristics of various tea. Grateful to receive little gift as a community member.

We brought our caddy to the shop to refill our favourite tea; however we were told they’ve been discontinued - what a shame! wish they’ll bring it back in the future.😭 The staff was nice and tried to introduce us to a new flavour tea, but still, nothing can replace my favourite tea.
