Delivery was stolen from outside my door, Whittards arranged for a duplicate order immediately. Couldn't ask for more.

A couple of the instant tea flavours I ordered online were not to my liking. I saw the taste guarantee online so I called to enquire what I needed to do, I have mobility issues and there isnt a whittards nearby, so couldnt be done instore. The employee that I spoke to was polite and had a real warmth to her. She was very understanding, took the time to listen and also answered other enquiries I had. Great help, excellent customer service and didn't try to rush me in any way.

Very disappointed been a customer for years always look forward to the mulled wine each year as one of my favourites. Apparently new recipe really horrible tastes exactly the same as plum and cinnamon no difference at all . wish they had left it alone won't be buying again . I also bought 6 tubs as normally love it to last me the year . Now I am stuck with them as it is horrible. And really expensive.

I've always enjoyed their coffee and tea. Placed an order online which never got delivered due to parcel company issues. Sophie was quick to respond to my concern and issued me a replacement order immediately. 10/10 customer service experience!

Made an order with Whittard’s for some of their delicious mulled wine tea for myself and a gift of hot chocolate stacking tin for my daughter. Unfortunately the stacking tin arrived damaged. I emailed whittard’s right away , knowing it would take a while for response as it was past opening hours. By the following morning Sophie had e mailed to apologise and to say she was sending out a replacement right away! Such a very quick response and really wonderful customer service from Sophie, this is definitely how a company should be run. Excellent

Always impressed with customer service from Whittard of Chelsea and recently they have excelled themselves. I use one of the cafetiere on a daily basis and the mesh is beginning to disintegrate. After a little bit of communication, a new mesh is being sent to me so I can continue to use the cafetiere. I love the quality of their products and coffee and am a loyal customer. It is great both the quality and excellent customer service provided.

I had a problem with a wrong product that I purchased when I was in London at a whittard shop and I only found out when I went back in Italy. Monica was so helpful and resolve the issue I had! She shipped the entire set back to me and I was very happy about it but unfortunately I had to pay customs. I wish every customer service could have a Monica on their team ♡

Tracey was super helpful when my parcel got delivered to the wrong address and gave me several options, including a refund or a replacement order, to help me get a hold of the tea I had been so excited about.

I ordered 2Kg of Mocha Djimmah Ethiopic Coffee espresso grind for my Gaggia New Classic Milanese E24 machine. On arrival the coffee was too fine and would drip /not flow correctly. On contacting Whittards by email I was given return instructions and a very helpful phone call followed which resolved the issue by replacing the whole consignment. So I wrote back: "Thanks for your prompt attention and kind consideration. The coffee arrived today (Saturday) and I was delighted to be able to extract an excellent and quick espresso from the correct grind. I have enjoyed Turkish/Greek coffees in the past and I think the original grind supplied was indeed suitable for that sort of brew. The flavour was also spot on with the replacement you sent me."

Sarann ROCKS. The previous employee i had gotten was not helpful at all and responses were not fast. My package had gotten delivered to the wrong address and no one from the delivery company or whittard (at first) seemed willing to help. When Sarann got on my case, they quickly said they can get it re-ordered or i could recieve a refund. As my package was supposed to be a christmas gift, I asked to get it re-shipped. Not even an hour and a half later i got a shipping notification and was told to expect my package in X amount of days.

We order advent calendar as wedding gift, but there were some problem with delivery, but Whittard staff Tracey is really kind and thoughtful, help us to get the calendar on time, really appreciate it and thanks her again

I bought 5 tubs of Mulled Wine Instant Tea this year as I thought it was amazing last year. Unfortunately, I didn't realise that the recipe has changed since last year. I contacted customer services and Sarann was very helpful. They offered a refund of the tubs of Instant Tea that I did not like and noted my feedback for the recipe change. Whilst I am disappointed that the tea wasn't the same, I'm glad that it didn't cost me 5 tubs worth. Great customer service from Sarann and many of the other teas and hot chocolates are amazing so will continue to buy those from Whittard instead.

This is one of my go-to places to buy hot chocolate. The store staff is always polite and helpful and really know their stuff when it comes to being familiar with their merchandise. I’ve been to the one in Covent Garden and the one on Oxford St in the past month and have had a great time. Definitely would recommend.
