Will not use their service again. I have already communicated by dissatisfaction via email to the company, they did not allay my concerns. Recommend avoiding this company.

United Kingdom | 20 January 2020Our 19 year old gas boiler malfunctioned and we were told we would be better off spending the money on a new more modern boiler. On the 10th, the assessor visited our home within hours of phoning and conducted a survey to draw up a quote to supply and fit a new boiler. It then took them 4 days to send the quote by email and only after I had nagged their office for it. The email from C S Heating arrived at 5.00pm on the 14th, the email was dated the 14th and therefore was not sitting in the Junk folder for 4 days as implied. Four other companies had all visited after C S Heating and all had submitted quotes within 24 hours. When someone visits your house in the middle of January to quote for a new boiler, because the old one has broken down, common sense would have told you, you need it done asap. When the quote finally arrived on the fourth day from C S Heating it was for the wrong size boiler. The quote was for a smaller, cheaper 18Kw boiler, more suitable for a 3 bed, 1 bathroom house, not my 5 bed, 2 bathroom house. My original boiler was 24Kw and all the other quotes recommended nothing smaller than a 24Kw boiler. I checked this by speaking to Worcester Bosch direct and there recommendation was also 24Kw. To top it off, although they'd quoted for a smaller cheaper boiler, he was the 2nd most expensive quote, only British Gas came in dearer!! So if your boiler has broken down in the middle of winter and you need a replacement quick, avoid C S Heating, because you'll freeze to death waiting!! P.S. A smaller boiler working harder to do the same job as a larger boiler working comfortable is not more efficient. So a well as useless, they are liars now too!!

Dave and a couple of other engineers came and tried their best for a long time to get it working but to no avail. I was given small electric heaters to tide me over and Trevor came and fitted a new boiler, Nest thermostat and checked the system all within a week of the original call out. Very impressed with service and the office staff have been efficient and polite too.

United Kingdom | 07 January 2020Our bedroom level central heating radiators were getting fairly hot but the ground floor level ones were not. After a very skilled inspection, the two CS H & P engineers deduced that a power flush was needed and this will happen soon. After they had gone, I noticed that the temperature control valve on each radiator was loosened off. Now, whilst this is probably good practice whilst awaiting the flush, they hadn't told me about the plan and so I was left in the dark. Otherwise, brilliant!
