Frankly, not even 1 star. I phoned to ask about a white goods appliance repair and was given an appointment for an engineer to call. This was cancelled by CS P&H on the day - the van had broken down (!), and a new appointment made. On that day an engineer tuned up - late - and announced that they don’t do dishwasher repairs. Not impressed and won’t be using them again.

We had a quick response from our telephone call, the engineer arrived within two hours and completed the job excellently.

We have used CS Heating a few times and have always found them to be extremely efficient and reliable. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Having used CS Heating for a few years, they sent an engineer who had returned to work following a period of sickness. He was very pleasant, but worked at an extremely slow rate - 6 hours to fit one radiator. CS Heating then proceeded to try and charge me for the full 6 hours work, when it should have taken, at the very most, half that time. They argued and were extremely rude, and I have now found a far better, and much more polite plumber, EcoHeat PH Ltd, who I can thoroughly recommend.

Just had a new central heating system fitted replacing an unfortunate previous install.We could not be happier with the professionalism of Calvin's company and staff from start to finish and the quality of work provided. I live in rented accommodation and C and S Plumbing and Heating are used by my agent for regular safety checks and servicing. They are also on occasion called out to deal with emergencies. They are always prompt polite and complete the work effectively and efficiently. They also never leave a mess behind. Deserving of a 5 star review.
