Great purchase experience with Spa Motors from start to finish. Saw a vehicle on-line and arranged to go for a test-drive at the Llandrindod Wells site. Special mention must go to Rob Doherty, the Sales Executive, who assisted us throughout. Polite, courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle, Rob couldn't have done more. No high-pressure sales' techniques, just a patient, welcoming attitude. The car being purchased - for a relative - was an automatic, while I am more used to manuals. Rob offered advice throughout on how best to drive the vehicle. Because the vehicle being purchased was a desirable one, no discount could be offered on the price. However, to help 'sweeten the deal', Rob helpfully arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to us at no extra cost (around a 45-minute drive). 'Going the extra mile' for customers in this way helps set apart Spa Motors from the competition. More than happy to recommend.
