Rachel Swan at Tritility is fantastic, she goes above and beyond any expectations. We were signed into an agreement with another supplier without my knowledge. Rachel helped file a complaint through OFGEM, she then calculated which contract would work out the best long term, she has helped us get PPA for our Solar Panels which we have never had. I honestly feel like she is working in our office alongside us as she has put so much work into this. Today a letter came through from British Gas saying they were changing our electric rates - Rachel got in touch with BG to find out it is a decommissioned meter and the letter came in error - Rachel did not have to do that, but probably saved me 30 minutes trying to get through to the correct team at BG. Rachel is a credit to Tritility :)

I had been having problems with our electricity supplier overbilling us for months. The amount of credit just kept going up and up and my complaints were continuously fobbed off with poor excuses. It got to the stage where I was threatening to go to Ofgem. This was when good fortune and timing finally fell into place. Our new relationship manager Rachel Swan called me to introduce herself and upon hearing our woes she told me to leave it with her. Within a week we had the full substantial amount owed to us in my account. When you have someone on your side who knows what they are doing and how to do it, problems disappear. I’ve had an on going issue with SSE for 2 years now and Mike Birch dealt with it within 7 days to claim back an outstanding refund, can’t recommend him and the company highly enough in a world of what feels like smoke and mirrors Mike was straight to the point and honest about the situation.

They have been extremely helpful in securing favourable electricity contracts for my business. Good market knowledge and understanding of our business requirements. Steve Boston in particular has been very supportive in this process.

A warning to anybody that receives cold calls from this company - they will harass your employees and send them documents to sign without doing the necessary checks before hand. Perform analysis that shows numbers that are shaped to fit a narrative when in fact they will increase your bills (ours is double base rate!!!!) and lock you into contracts for significant terms so they can make BIG commissions. If you are in contact with or they do contact you, its your choice if you engage with them I would suggest not to off my experience. If you do, Please Please Please make sure your employees sign nothing and you do a price check with your energy company and the published price caps before doing anything. I would suggest they are only going to increase costs as they take commission. For me its a battle with Engie the energy company, a legal battle to take the stand for small businesses and to shed a light on this foul practice and al in all a waste of time and resource, don't let this be you! I have attached the outcome of our deadlock complaint so you can where you may end up using this company. Tritility have been amazing in helping our business get the right tariffs for our electricity and gas suppliers! It is a nightmare out there and these really are people who you can trust to get the best deals which are so important particularly with the current financial climate Lianne Allman has supported us over the last 5 years going above and beyond to make sure I get the right deals and meet deadlines for pricing changes etc she is always very professional and puts the customer first, and recently working with her colleague Stef Laird has spent time dealing with an overpayment which they have successfully had refunded!
