I am still waiting on my order from two weeks ago and have had no communication from John Medeiros nor have I received my order. The tracking number does not work so I have no idea of the status of my order.

I am so disappointed in the service I have received from John Medeiros. I bought a pair of clip on earrings which turned out to be too big/heavy for my smaller earlobes. I messaged customer service about exchanging for a very similar pair. They took 10 days to get back to me, and when they did said "sorry you can no longer return it's been 10 days". They have continued to ignore my messages and emails. What a waste of money, and to think I was going to even exchange for a different piece. Won't be getting my service again and will not recommend them to anyone.

As a first time customer, I was offered a 10% discount code. I entered it with the order and it did not come off the price. I emailed the company numerous times over a week, including customer service. I responded to the barrage of sales emails that resulted from my order. No response. Today, an email asking for a review. If you don't care about customer service, if you care if the price will not be reduced by a promised discount, if you don't care about daily sales emails filling your inbox, then order. And if you don't like the product, good luck reaching anyone.

The products are even prettier in person. Although a little pricey, I'm pretty sure my gold tone necklace won't discolor. I got my sister a silver chain andvil necklace with the indigo stone. It is for her birthday at the end of September so I will update once she receives it.

The flip flop bracelet I purchased is great, exactly what I expected. However, I called the customer service line as the bracelet is a gift and I wanted to be sure it could be returned if necessary. I called 2 days ago, on 9/12, had to leave a message with my information, still waiting for a call back.

I have purchased many items from John Medeiros jewelry and have loved them. However I purchased this item online and not only found the quality to not be as expected but the delivery was horrible. I wish I could send pictures. This was for a gift and the box was smashed and torn and the soft pouch the necklace was in was crumbled. The chain to the necklace was kinked but fixable. Hopefully the stone will hold up within the setting. Even my husband who could care less about presentation said this is unacceptable. I would suggest items shipped in the future are more securely packed. After this experience I will only purchase your jewelry from a store so that I can see it in person and know that it won’t be damaged in shipping.

One of the biggest scams. The jewelry is cheap and make sure you read the return policy. This is what the employee told me, I said I didn’t spend $590 on jewelry I anticipated returning. So when I returned the junky jewelry I did not receive a full refund, instead they kept 10% for a restocking fee. So i paid $60 and I have nothing in return. Absolutely ridiculous….
