Looked online for best price and availability of item. Attempted to order. Note on checkout page - "this store cannot process payments". Rather bizarre for an online store. Went back to the basket and hence removed item. Now received e-mail stating I had left an item in the basket - when patently I had not. If an online company cannot process payments nor clear its order cache - what is it doing online? By all means suspend the site's ordering ability to prevent this nuisance, but if they cannot be bothered why should I be bothered to purchase from them? Needless to say I took my custom elsewhere. Broken technology equals broken reputation.

Ordered online and had made a mistake with my address. They telephone the next day to clarify address and I received my parcel 2 days later. Excellent service. Products were fragile, they were well packaged and in perfect condition
