I'm HostngRaja customer past five years. I have great experience with their support team. They are giving prompt anydesk support which other providers never give. Even for a small problems they are taking it on priority and giving me prompt support.

The same thing happened again same sales guy called me and he said he couldn't provide the server he said the guy who took the order was not in the company so we couldn't provide the service. worst founder I have ever seen these companies also like that.I ask him to arrange a meeting hr team 3 week up he still arranging if u txt any thing ne neer reply

I would rate 0 if I could. Support person is unable to understand that my site is loading slow because of their server and kept on asking for screenshots and steps. I have no idea what steps they are looking for. Sometime my resources get exhausted. Someti.es I get 500 server error. It is been a headache since I have migrated to hosting raja.

ON THE SPOT RAISED TICEKT SOLUTION GIVEN

Edit:- After giving 1 start they remove registrar lock from domain and I still suggest everyone to don't purchase any domain because their customer support is worst I have all call recordings they always try to ignore your problem so buy at you one risk 🙏

I am using HostingRaja service since last 1 month. Overall I am satisfied with the service. My queries get resolved with1 to 2 hrs. I do not need to wait long for the reply. Within couple of hours I get phone call from the respective department.
