I am using Hosting Raja for last many years. Recently again renewed my hosting plan and even upgraded it into Corporate Premium paying extra amount. From the day one I am facing such a Bad problems that I am NOT able to login my admin panel as well as website admin. The error it will throw is like :- This site can’t be reached took too long to respond. Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall Running Windows Network Diagnostics ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT AND The connection has timed out The server at is taking too long to respond. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web. I contacted their technical support for several times, but now they have worst service and least bothered about providing solution. On the contrary I keep telling them that I am otherwise able to use all my other accounts on other hosting companies, but NOT on hosting raja, they ignored my complaints. Still they are ignoring. I would suggest better think twice before investing with such company.

As our experience with hosting raja, it's too bad. in starting everything is ok but after some time its become the totally worst hosting company in India. as our knowledge, we don't think that there support team has much experience in IT-related. when we host a new web or create emails we always face issues from the server-side. problems that we face with hosting Raja. 1. Website automatically stops working. & show the following error HTTP Error 503.0 - Service Temporarily Unavailable 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable. 2. When we create a new email we always get an error Unknown or disabled user. 3. MS SQL server Remote Connection automatically changes. 4. My experience with Hosting Raja is really terrible. They have frequent server down issue. On top of that, the support team lacks all the required knowledge. I was having a website with them. And I had some stored procedures and functions. One fine morning, I saw all the procedures were disabled. When contacted the support team, they took whole one day to understand the issue. The website stopped functioning for two days. On third day, they came back saying, stored procedure is not allowed in their server. Can you believe it? After one and half years of running the procedure, they came back saying the procedures are not allowed. Also note that they don't have any contact number. You will not be able to contact or chat with the support team. The support team is quite novice and play around with your site. I often found something or the other missing. They are so ignorant that the junior fellows don't know even the difference between table and procedure. Do you want to stake your site in the hand of such inexperience support team and improper infrastructure?

Today i had some issues with my server and i was really tensed. So i contacted Hosting raja tech team and they took 2 hours to resolve the issue but after a while again I had the same issue. So i again rang to hosting raja team now they found the root cause of my issue and fixed it on the spot! First of all, You should **not mention HOSTINGRAJA** with other reputed companies. **I generally dont review but hostingraja forced me to write it.** They considers themselves as “Best Hosing Provider in India”, “Proud Indian company”, “Vocal for Local” when corona and Chinese issue were on peak and PM Modi gave “Aatmnirbhar Bharat” kind of ideas. This company found it best business opportunity by using all these words and made fun of it. Their service is not actually worth even if you get it for FREE. I found 000webhost (Free Hosting) better than their servers. **Let me tell you why:** I have purchased shared hosting plan for Rs. appx 12k and it is unlimited websites hosting plan. I hosted only 1 starter website (Wordpress blog of visitors under 1k per month) In start I faced some issues with migration but I am totally fine with that. But then, I realized that the hosting has very limited resources like less php requests, limited inodes usage and things like that. I had to raise multiple requests to get them fixed for at least my small blog. But it was not enough. My site loaded very slow till complete month and my SEO rank fallen from 3rd position to 5th Page. **Then real problems begun, sever downtime:** Their server gets down almost every 2nd day and you will never know about it until you start monitoring your website 24x7. I used: Wordpress official Jetpack, Cloudflare, isitdownrightnow etc to monitor my website. These tools are official and clearly showed that my website is getting down daily and I kept raising tickets, emails and got tired of it. It’s just 1 and half month with them and I have raised more than 26 tickets and 100s of replies on them. They just never hear and puts pre formatted excuses. **Fake Refund Policy:** As mentioned above I faced lots of problems so I thought to cancel hosting and requested for refund. And guess what was their reply? *“We give refund only if there is any technical issue”* Dude, is hosting is a joke to you? what are those 20+ tickets, daily 20+ emails and lots of headache because of you? They clearly denied for refund. And I am 100% sure they must have done this with other customer too. So **if you are thinking that they have 30-Day refund policy if you dont like their service then just forget about your money. They will never give you refund even if you ask them to deduct some amount and give rest.** **Panic support team:** So finally lets talk about their support, they will never hear your issue. They will just push you saying that you are wrong, wordpress (automatic inc.), cloudflare are wrong. Only they are correct. They will not accept any call / email / chat support. They will let you create tickets and play reply & close game. Dont expect any real support from them. *Lastly, why I am writing this long? - It’s simple. I am scammed by them and I want to expose it so others think before paying to them.* You can go to their facebook page and read comments of users and most of them are crying. You can even check trustpilot reviews (some 5 star reviews seems fake or paid reviews) You will find the truth by yourself. Overall experience with Hosting Raja is bad. They can not find solution, but they will ask more money from you. My websites files were generating virus type files. But they are unable to solve this problem. So I change hosting provider(Although my account validity in hosting raja is 2/2020, But i can not take risk now) . I purchase a VPS from hosting raja, They committed for 30-day moneyback guarantee at the time of purchase. Initially, they told after purchase it will take around 90 min to configure VPS, but they configure and deliver the VPS the next day. If I talk about the VPS plans the pricing is different than the actual payable. let me explain, The price of vps plan is around Rs. 800-900, but actual payble is Rs. 1500-1800, After purchase the will ask RS. 500 for Cpanel Rs 200 for some other configuration... I forgot the name. After all they sent me a email regarding the server access call OVI panel, the ovi panel is not the actual cpanel, its a customized one. After all the complexity of control panel is very high. So finally I decided to drop the idea of hosting with Hosting raja. Then I drop a mail to hosting raja customer support form moneyback. No the real challenge start, it was around 3-4 days conversation happen with their support team. They are not willing to pay back the money. Finally, they did not payback. So don t trust of the money-back guarantee. Its fake one. I suggest find a good alternative to hosting and go with them. There are lot in the market

The customer service takes forever to reply to the problems and if you are using there WordPress Hosting, you would have to contact them more than you want to.No Chat Support, Raise a Ticket and Wait for at least 5-6 hours for the thing to work. Couldn't Integrate Cloudflare with Wordpress Hosting Integration not working. Before Purchasing Wordpress Hosting if I would get the Cpanel (Cpanel.net) with the hosting but I got there worse OVIPanel and when I tried to tell them I need to change it to Cpanel it went back and forth to a point of no solution they said you can get some other shared hosting and in a tone that it was my fault that I bought the hosting with the promises there Sales Team made. Worst Customer Service and Bad Wordpress Hosting, though if you need it for basic use at a cheap price you can go with them.
