I purchased the Linux shared plan with them, the Laravel is not working because they disabled many features of shared hosting. Their support is very bad and confusing. I left the server and asked to refund but they want to more money and told me me switched to Laravel server. In all standard shared hosting you can run and install Laravel, wordpress and many more, this hosting is only ok if you have only static pages like html website. Otherwise no useful. They disabled many features of shared hosting and demand only money. check their ticket reply;- As per the privous, you have purchased, Linux shared plan, and now your requirement is Laravel in same, You can purchase Laravel server as per your requirement, Refund is not possible for the mentioned reason as you have purchased a wrong plan, If required we can upgrade your plan to Laravel. Our sales team will assist you on the same. Please go away with them if you really love your projects. Company is replied me here, please check they are suggesting me now Laravel hosting which they charge 9999 INR month .They are making the fool to customers, in every linux hosting you can run Laravel. please away from this bad company to save your money and time.

This is one of the most irresponsible and ineffecient domain register company I have seen in my 16yrs of experience. I tried to my domain transfer from TMD to Hostingraja and its 20 days they are not able to register my domain to their platform. They keep on giving silly execuse EPP not working etc. Please dont work with this company, customer support doesnt work, you dont get email for support. its typical inefficient company with no knowledge. I will send legal notice to them tomorrow to refund my money and to stop transferring the process so i can renew my 20yrs old domain. This is my main domain if i loose this domain i will loose all my business. I will sue this company. Note : You have asked for 5 working Days, I am giving you 5 working days and I will delete this review. And it’s more than 5 days and problem still not resolved.

I was having trouble with regards to wordpress updates and within 2 calls and 1 and a half hours SUDHAKAR fixed it from his end. Timeline: - Ticket issued - Call received to understand the issue (within first 30 minutes) - Ticket updated with screenshot - Issue fixed with call confirmation and walk through of the error. No other hosting company is performing like Hosting Raja. These guys are incredible :) Once again, THANK YOU SUDHAKAR

Technical support is good, Mani supports whenever there is any issue or any ticket is raised. Issues are resolved timely.

Good service

On start of review I had given 4 star, then made it 3 star to leave enough headroom for further zeal and aspiration to do still better. Initially there were issues which were lingering for long period because of crawling process of reporting of issue and response thru support ticket interface. Just when I was too fed up to continue, we noticed and reached the CRM contact number. The response from CRM rep Santosh was refreshingly prompt , caring and sincere . He well coordinated with Tech-Support for final resolution of the issues. I have just started using this hosting service from Hosting Raja, and look forward to same and even better level of customer relation management going long way forward. I would recommend to have such account manager from CRM team assigned to each customer to enable best experience and service.
