I order a medium ruck that was supposed to be in very good condition, their words, it arrived with a decent sized hole in it. I was told that the best they could do was offer a partial refund of $29.50 or full return. This is in spite of the fact that the difference between good and very good is about $90. I won't be ordering from them again as now I have to pay more for the bag just to get it in usable condtion

Even though almost all of our order was graded 'fair' condition surplus, when it arrived at least 3/4 of the items are in such good shape they are absolutely indistinguishable from brand new. Every item was verifiable authentic military surplus as well - nothing better than 'the real deal'. Even the items that were actually in 'fair' condition were described accurately and are perfectly acceptable for the price we paid. Could not be happier and will be ordering again without hesitation.
